Interstellar Energy Cloud

It is quite obvious that severe weather has been on the increase in the past few years. Though I would likely point the blame to Global Warming, I have read numerous other theories regarding this worsening problem.

I found this one particular story interesting.
It was reported that NASA and Heliophysics guest investigator Merav Opher made a discovery in December 2009 involving our solar system. It would appear that we are entering a massive solar energy cloud. This energy cloud contains hydrogen and helium atoms and temperatures of 6000ºC, and is held together by a strong magnetic outer ring.

Both Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 played significant parts in understanding this mysterious area of space while travelling through the outer reaches of our solar system. Astrophysicists believe that we are immune to this menacing cloud thanks to the heliosphere, a ten billion kilometre wide bubble created by our sun’s magnetic field.

Russian astrophysicist Dr. Alexey N. Dmitriev claims that the entire solar system is undergoing a form of global warming that is starting to affect not only the earth and moonbut also Marsother planets and our sun as well. He predicts larger solar storms, earthquakes and global catastrophe as a result. He also mentions a peak in activity around the end of 2012, a big minus when it comes to his credentials in my book, assuming he even exists in the first place.

The new age concept of a photon belt has also been mentioned on some websites. A band of intense photon light supposedly transforming humanity to a higher dimension, not unlike Dr. Tolian Soran’s quest in the movie Star Trek: Generations; a concept people should not take too seriously in my opinion.
